Unraveling the Mystery of Oral Ulcers: Exploring the Unseen Pain

Oral ulcers, also known as Canker Sores, are painful lesions that appear inside the mouth, on the gums, tongue, palate or inner cheeks. Mouth ulcers, often underestimated, can cause significant discomfort and affect one's daily life more than one might imagine. They can make eating, drinking, swallowing and talking uncomfortable.

  3. Good Oral Hygiene: Use a soft toothbrush and avoid toothpaste with sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), which can be irritating.

  4. Dietary Changes: Incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet, and consider taking vitamin supplements if deficiencies are suspected.

  5. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to keep the mouth hydrated and promote healing.
